Service Description

This is the first step to a better you! In this Two-hour appointment, we’ll discuss your family's specific health and nutrition needs as well as your family's ultimate goals, which will help us put together a plan that works specifically for your entire family. Assessment includes a Health Questionnaire, Taking BMI, Weight, Blood Pressure, Measurements & a Bio Scan. Genetic/DNA Nutritional Testing can be done as well for additional cost.
