Ginger Dressing + Bonus Peanut Dressing/Dipping Sauce
An Asian delight.
Ginger Dressing + Peanut Sauce
“Savory and Delicious”
Restaurant style Asian Ginger Dressing and with one addition, it becomes a delicously zesty peanut sauce.
1/4 of an onion
1/2 cup avocado oil
6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon reduced sodium liquid aminos
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
3 tablespoons finely grated ginger
4 drops doTERRA ginger essential oil
1/2 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup organic peanut butter (only add this, if you want the peanut version of the dressing. Otherwise, just leave it out for the Asian Ginger Dressing)
High Speed Blender
Blender Cup with blend blades (like NINJA)
Measuring Cups & Spoons
Sealed storage container
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in high speed blender.
Chill & Serve.
Stores in an airtight glass container, in the refrigerator, for 2 weeks.
Use to marinade meats, poultry or enjoy on a salad.
Just by adding the peanut butter to this already delicious ginger dressing, gives you a very versatile recipe to use for any function.
