Vegan Lemon Coconut Matcha Bliss Balls

Boost your energy and satisfy your sweet tooth with these sweet treats.


Snacks on the go!


Bliss Ball Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 1 tbsp organic maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 packet of Your Super Power Matcha

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • juice from one lemon

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut (shredded for rolling balls in)

  • 2 drops doTERRA Lime Essential Oil

  • 2 drops doTERRA Lemon Essential Oil


Utensils Needed:

  • High Speed Blender

  • Blender Cup with blend blades (like NINJA)

  • Measuring Cups & Spoons

  • Sealed storage container


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly in high speed blender, except for the 1/4 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut.

  2. Form dough in to tbsp size balls and roll in 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut.

  3. Serving size is 3-4 balls. Recipe makes about 3 - 4 servings.
