I love these little nuggets of deliciousness. They are low sugar, vegan and gluten free. So, you can enjoy guilt free.

Vegan Aquaman Breakfast Cookies

“Delicious & Nutritious”

These are great quick and easy out the door breakfast quickies that won't weigh you down.

Quick and Easy!

Cookie Ingredients:

  • 1 Ripe and Spotty Banana

  • 1 1/2 cups King Arthur's Multi-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour

  • 1 Flax Egg

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup, for added sweetness (Optional)

  • 3 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp Spirulina powder

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 3/4 cup chopped Walnuts, Unsweetened Shredded Coconut or another Nut of choice

Utensils Needed:

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Measuring Cup

  • Cookie Sheet

  • Non Stick Spray

  • Large Mixing Spoon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Thoroughly Mix all dry ingredients first. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Pour your wet ingredients in to your dry ingredients and mix until you have a sugar cookie dough consistency.

  4. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray (if desired)

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Serve with a nut butter spread of your choice.
